Serve as primary point of contact addressing all client issues, inquiries and resolve concerns - Developing and maintain relationships with tenants, assignee's, assignors, realtors, trades/contractors, building personnel and builder clients
- Check e-mails, correspondence, faxes and respond within 24 hours
- Enforce condominium corporation declaration, by-laws and rules
- File any required forms as per the Landlord Tenant Board
- Property visits for listing purposes ex: lockbox placement, pictures for listings, etc.
- Oversee online advertising for listings
- Conducting all showings for available properties
- Coordinating tenant move-in and move-out transitions
- Handle the daily affairs of the tenants
- Prepare all paperwork and contracts for leasing and property management
- Monitoring leasing agreement expiries and renewals
- Oversee collection of monthly rental fees and key deposits
- Assisting in collections of tenant arrears and maintaining minimal accounts receivables
- The collection and maintenance of various records including Insurance Certificates and contact information
- Compile and send periodic reports to the landlords in conjunction with the accounting dept
- Providing administrative and accounting support when required and resolve problems
- Perform property site inspections, for ex: overall appearance, deficiencies, landscaping, etc.
- Complete inspection reports and coordinate maintenance requests accordingly
